UGC e-Samadhaan
Grievance Redressal System

With advancements in ICT, UGC has launched e-Samadhan, consolidating all grievance portals (except the Anti-Ragging Helpline) into a single, efficient window for 24x7 grievance submission and monitoring.
Key Features: -
- Centralized, 24x7 online platform for submitting and monitoring grievance
- Accessible via email or toll-free number: 1800-111-656
- Each grievance receives a docket number for tracking and transparency
- Assigned to relevant UGC departments with defined response timelines
